I was highly satisfied with the prompt service. Our furnace stopped working and the house was very cold. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and helpful, and dispatched technicians to fix our heater within 2 hours of calling. The technicians had everything working within 30 minutes and were professional and polite. I will be using this company going forward for any of our hvac needs!

Wow. These guys are great. From an emergency weekend call out, through discussions, install and follow up, absolutely great. Best feeling from a large purchase in a long time.

We had our 19 year old Furnace and AC replaced by AirTech. I was impressed with Chris who came to evaluate and give us an estimate. Very professional. Then I was very impressed with Steve and his crew that showed up right before the horrible Polar snow storm and replaced our old furnace with a beautiful new unit. This included a humidifier, and a new AC which I am sure we won't even need for another 6 months. They did the majority of work in one day, and under the crawl space. Highly recommend! Very professional! When I called the gentleman who put in our service order (I think his name was Matt) was very courteous and professional. Our technician (Bryan) was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He didn’t leave until our AC unit was working exactly like it should. We will definitely call them for any services needed in the future.
