We relocated to Chesapeake, VA last summer and purchased new construction. Ever since we moved in, we have had issues with the HVAC system distributing equal air to all of the bedrooms upstairs. We've had the contractor for the builder come out 3 to 4 times with no results. I set up thermostats and have recorded up to a 7 degree variance between our bedroom and our sons bedrooms.
