Y’all...a business like this is hard to come by these days. My AC wasn’t working when I woke up on a 100 degree day. We had someone at the door within 2 hours and the part replaced and AC running all before noon! Dan was kind, considerate, and got up and going. We even signed up for a maintenance plan. If you don’t have an “AC guy”, I recommend calling Air Specialty!!
I love this company. They are efficient, fair priced, pleasant and timely. We recently returned from a two day trip and there was a power surge. To make a long story shorter...it was 96 degrees in the house. I called Air specialty and explained my husband has stage 4 cancer and needed to rest and needed their help. They came within the hour and were so kind and thoughtful. They have an amazing work ethic and are incredibly kind. Businesses like that are hard to find. You’re making a mistake if you hire anyone else.
What an amazingly professional, affordable, friendly and super responsive company to do business with! We called on a Sunday and had a tech within hours. He was easy to understand and explained all our options. Our new system works great and that's to be expected, but the part I wasn't expecting is the 'after care.' Air Specialty has contacted us to check on our level of satisfaction and if we had any questions AND a tech came out to check on our equipment 2 weeks later and make sure we were happy......WHAT????? I can't tell you how happy I am with Air Speciality! I was quoted $400 by another company just for labor to replace a blown motor. I called and Air Speciality offered me a free second estimate. Josh Sagers came out and within 20 minutes had my air conditioner running! The other company had missed a simple solution and nearly cost me a ton! Josh wouldn't even take any payment for his time. Next time I have an issue, I'll go straight to Air Speciality instead of wasting my time somewhere else first!
The best experience one could ask for!!! From John selling the product all the way to Emory and Derek installing the full system it was a top notch experience!!
