Job well done Called these folks in a jam, no heating right before Christmas, Sam came out the same morning, and not only fixed the problem but took the effort to fix the broken part (a blower) rather than make me spend 3 times as much on a new unit. Very pleased, Sam was friendly, polite and kept me informed, plus I suspect had I gone somewhere else the hole in my pocket would be larger. Highly recommended!
Highly Recommended I called Air Specialists after 9pm when my AC was not working. Sam quickly established my trust on the phone when he asked what the problem was & told me to turn the system off so it wouldn't blow the compressor. He let me know when he would arrive & even got there earlier than he said. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, keeping me informed and asking for approval to repair the necessary items every step of the way. He was extremely friendly, patient, & professional. sam is the man cindy b. 5 Air Specialist Heating & AC Air Conditioning Service & Repair I called Sam about about having AC trouble he was there in 10 minutes to look at it. He did a great job, he checked all my vents and my AC box and fixed the problem. He was quick and did a excellent job I haven't had any trouble with my AC since. Thanks Sam.
24/7 service A+++ We called Sam at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and he was at our house before 5:30! Extremely courteous and very efficient. He had our AC unit providing cool air within an hour and saved us from a July weekend in the upper 90's. HIghly recommend his company
Amazingly fast - after hrs service! We came home late from work and found our AC had stopped working during the day -- it was the same temp inside as out. We quickly called Air Specialists around 7PM and shortly after 8PM Sam was there -- he quickly diagnosed our problem (having never seen our system before!) and also produced all the parts necessary to fix it.
