From 2023 to this year January been with Air Solutions. Had many issues including installing a new evap cooler, not once but 2 times in three year. Not good. May 2026 switched to new company after having more issues. Air solutions never installed a valve in the evap cooler which regulates the freon demand. Big mistake. No wonder why it wasn't cooling correctly. New company repaired that issue and it cools great. June 2026. Another mistake found by the new company. Evap cooler was not installed correctly. I recently switched heating and air companies in Sumter. I guess what I like about Air Solutions is they will come out for emergency service same day and night. They will keep coming out until they get job completed correctly. They charge you once and if the problem comes back and they come out and work on it again, NO CHARGE. You cannot ask for better service than that. I have had 3 technicians out and all were good Jeff, Hunter and Charles.
