I have had Air Solutions for years. The guy came out to do the normal routine maintenance . He didn't replace the air filters or clean the actual unit. So if I'm paying for maintenance for the entire system and all they did was look at it and leave what am i paying for exactly?
Rip off..bought a new house, in a new location..was told $99.00 for someone to come take a look at what we requested needed to be done (we know what needs to be repaired per inspection)...low n behold got a text that my technician is on the way...took him an hour to get here...no more than 5 mins here he was leaving...turns out he didn't know his ass from a hole in the ground, so offered to send an "estimator" out to say what the work will cost...was told on phone when made Initial appointment that they would waive the fee o... read more
