Earlier this summer when we were in a stretch of the 90s, our air conditioner went out. My husband has brain cancer and wears a medical device that is very sensitive to heat. The Sedgwick team went above and beyond to make sure our AC stayed working overnight until they brought and installed the new unit the next day. They kept us posted and moved very quickly to take care of us - and we are so grateful. #56NelsonStrong #SedgwickRocks
Some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with.
Super easy to schedule service and always on time. That's why I have been using Sedgwick for multiple homes throughout the years.
Do not recommend. Zero stars! Installed new furnace winter of 2014. Did not sell us the type of furnace we wanted even though salesman said it was. After installed it leaked gas from every possible connection. Had to pay a tech to fix our refrigerator as Sedgwick installer turned off water supply to our ice maker. Why???? That cost us $150.00. Now I'm in the process of begging them to come out and fix the aprilaire humidifier that does not work though it is brand new. Will never recommend them and will be glad when they fina... read more
