Brent explained what the problem was and how it could be fixed and what could be done to prevent future problems with it. He called in advance telling me when he would arrive so there was no mistaking of the appoint time. I was very pleased with the service I received

Terrible customer service and terrible work. The way they installed an AC unit caused issues with the circuit breaker panel. I had to have the entire thing replaced to the tune of $3,000. DO NOT USE SEDGWICK. SHADY!
