Wish I could give less than 1 star. Save yourself time, money, and heartache and call any other air conditioning company. This company has horrible customer service, does not follow industry standards, has no accountability, and other specialists have warned me not to use them. The Air-Ref technician came to my house to repair the unit in my attic and in the process of working on it, he let GALLONS of water flow through the attic ceiling and onto my floors.
