Read the fine print folks! Spent $3000 in July 2024 for mold and mildew removal from air ducts and vents. Team performed the remediation as expected. Great. 13 months later, discovered mildew around registers again. Called for service. They will take care of under the warranty. But, in order to access year 2 and 3 of the 3 year warranty you have to buy annual maintenance contract at $300+ per unit per each remaining year 2 and year 3. Not doing that. This place showed up on time, checked out my equipment thoroughly, told me what I needed and nothing more, set up a time to knock out the work, crew showed up on time, completed the job as quoted, and even cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend to anybody that needs duct cleaning.
To make a long story short, when providing feedback to the receptionist on my service she asked me if I was Al, as in ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. JOHN, the project manager for my service, called me asking me why I was harassing and cussing at their receptionist, which I NEVER DID. I was assisted by Emmanuel, who was very attentive in identifying the problem and offered to help if it isn’t fully resolved.
So I had call two other companies before finding air quality and calling them last minute. The first company I called, the guy didn't even want to crawl up into the Attic and see what the situation was. The second company I called (John Moore) had a whole host of issues that I won't even list here. I called air quality last minute, and they were able to come out that same day to take a look at the insulation in my attic.
