Initially I called due to my dryer not working because of the air flow. They came, cleaned it, and because of them doing a great job, I ended up having them clean the entire ducts of my home. They were punctual, professional, and courteous! Would definitely hire them if you need your ducts cleaned.
UPDATE--- I received a follow up phone call from Eden and he was polite and prompt to my concerns. He scheduled time to come out reservice the job. I will schedule again with any future needs that come up. ----------------------------------------- Air Pro UT came out on Dec 31st and gave a quote. I decided to go with Air Pro even though they were on the higher side but decided to go with them as I had painters scheduled in the next couple of days. Eden is awesome!! I didn’t realize how dirty my vents were until I saw the before and after photos. It was nuts! So glad I got them cleaned. Company was professional, punctual, and kind! 10/10 would recommend
My first post seemed to be removed? Air Pro UT came out on Dec 31st and gave a quote. I decided to go with Air Pro even though they were on the higher side but decided to go with them as I had painters scheduled in the next couple of days. They serviced the floor vents but didn't service the ceiling vents. The floor vents still had visible debris that I ended up using my shop vac to clean out.
I was kind of disappointed in the service. The money spent of $675 and the time that they were there cleaning the vents which was about an hour I wasn't surprised that the vents didn't get entirely cleaned. They touched the air vents on the floor but ignored the vents on the ceiling. The techs were nice and pleasant to talk to. I feel they rushed through the process to collect the money and leave. I took pictures befor they started and after and was upset to still find stuff in eye site of taking off the vent covers.
