His deep knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems was evident as he explained the plumbing and electrical concepts clearly, helping me better understand both standard and modern technologies. Vanik demonstrated true expertise and professionalism while performing troubleshooting and testing, and I greatly appreciated the quality of service he provided.
Had a great experience with Raz and Air Plus HVAC. He was on-time, prepared, polite, professional, diagnosed the problem with our Williams wall heater quickly, resolved it, and went the extra mile to ensure there would be no other issues including adjusting the gas flow and pilot, examining the venting both inside and on the roof.
