This place is horrible. They don’t use nitrogen when brazing ac lines , that causes soot build up inside ac lines . That soot acts like sand inside ac lines causing premature wear and blockage of the system . Look up on Utube for not using nitrogen . It takes time for this to show up , so ac will work fine in the beginning. I called them 5 times talk to Eve she said she will leave message But nobody called me back . They just ignoring me . Misleading pricing and call-out fee. Called them for an intermittent problem with my furnace. They came out, derated my furnace (which literally is just adjusting a knob), then said it was fixed and charged me an absurd amount of money. Obviously the intermittent problem was still occurring the next day. When I called to ask them to come back out, the woman claimed she was the manager (she was not) and spoke extremely rudely to me.
