I get it. Some companies don't accept work from home warranty companies and that's fine. However, when you guys get an invoice from a home warranty service AND a telephone call a day later from the customer and you tell the customer that you'll leave a note for the secretary and the next day you simply throw the invoice away without informing the customer or the home warranty service company (whom you DID at one time do business with) that you will not be performing any work for them... We do understand your frustration in dealing with your home warranty company. We have the same frustrations on our end and that is why, at this time, we do not work through a home warranty company. Our Air Conditioner quit on Saturday. So this morning I called and they were out here in a couple of hours.Technician was very nice he showed me what was wrong and he called and got a price and ordered it he will have them come tomorrow and install it. Fast service. I highly recommend them.
These people are a life saver they put heating and cooling in a house that I was told couldn't be done and they made sure everything was working good
