I have requested a quote on a new unit...30 days later still no quote. Called sales and they stated they would send the quote immediately to my email. Still no quote. What a joke!
Josh & Tyler are amazing! Josh met with me the day I called, help me secure financing, and scheduled my installation. Tyler installed my heat pump and furnace a few days later and we are cool again before the really hot weather. Josh, Tyler, Brandon and the other young man who helped with the installation were such a blessing to me and my family. Evan came out to our house, even got a welcome text explaining who was coming and a little bit about our tech. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and honest. He didn’t try to sell me a bunch of crap I didn’t need. He fixed what needed to be fixed and did it in a timely manner and was able to fix my AC the same day!!!! Thank you Evan & Air Master!
