I’ve used AirKool for a little over 10 years and have always had great service. Today, our HVAC unit stopped working. Ken was able to fit us in the same day and quickly diagnose the issue as a faulty circuit breaker and got us up and running again. Highly recommend AirKool!
Our old heat pump died right when it got extremely cold…had to buy a new one. Air Kool Heat and Air installed us a new one the next day! Fast and Great service! Owner even came out to make sure the job got done right. Highly recommend!!!
Had annual service and new wifi thermostat installed. Arrive promptly and preformed service friendly. Also received follow up text to verify everything was working properly
Came to look at my mom's 5 year old system and quoted $2000.00 for the repair and said the 5 year old system needed replaced. Had the company come out that installed a few days later and it and it was a $50.00 capacitor. We could tell they never even opened the outside unit as when the installers did their was a huge yellow jackets nest that stung them. Absolutely unexceptable trying to take advantage of people who don't know any better!
