Rip off. Told me one price over the phone. Came out to do the work tried to up-charge me to a $3k fix. I told him to just fix it as previously agreed. Then he raised the price. I confronted him on the price being changed and he said "well prices go up". I said prices go up in the two hours since we talked? RIPOFF, Avoid, Try one of the big licensed companies. Chad is a scam artist.
I called them in the morning. They had someone available ASAP. Awesome. Non-emergency and came in the same day. The tech came over right on time. Nice. :) He came checked out the issue. Within 20mins had it figured out. Said he needed a part. Ok. No biggie. So he said he would return soon. Dealing with people on the contractor level.
