I am leaving this review to raise serious concerns about Airflex’s standards for driver conduct and public safety. On January 20, between approximately 12:35–12:45 p.m., on Kennedy Road, a driver operating an Airflex-branded company vehicle with the license plate BL11104 engaged in reckless, aggressive, and highly dangerous driving. The technician Arif was excellent, he always does a thorough job cleaning and checking all parts of the furnace. He has done the job for almost the entire life of our 15 year old furnace.

I have used Air Flex for many years. They have installed and serviced furnaces, a/c's and hot water heaters for myself and friends and family to whom I have recommended them. I have always found them to be prompt, efficient, reasonably priced and most importantly honest, in a business where that is not always the case.

We were recommended Airflex by a family member and were very happy with our outcome. The professionalism, care, honesty and transparency that our furnace service tech “Arif” carried is rare these days with companies. It’s hard to find companies now that aren’t just all about the $, but instead actually make you feel like a customer who’s cared about.
