This company is awful. I accidentally ordered the wrong filter size and realized it as soon as they arrived. I didn't open the box and reached out to start a return. Took days to get a response and then was told they could not initiate a return because it was a custom type filter. Seems wild in 2025, I cannot return a new, never used item...
I have been buying special Merv 13 air filters from this company for 5 years (since Covid). Things worked well until recently. Their website was giving bizarrely incorrect prices and not showing the proper products. I could no longer log into my account. After struggling with their website for weeks, I called to place an order.
