I would give ZERO stars if allowed! Highly INCOMPETENT company! Order placed for 6 residential filters on 3/30/2021. Called on 4/12/2021 to find out status of my order. They said it would be shipped on 4/21. Called again on 4/23, still not received. Now they are telling me it'll be 4/27/2021. I would never ever order from this company again. I wanted to cancel my order, but once your order is made they will not let you cancel it! INSANE!
