Their price wasn't the lowest, but it was very affordable and they seemed very professional and reliable. I also heard about them many good things so that helped me to make my decision. When I decided to make order in my attic I discovered there some pretty nasty stuff, from animal droppings to even dead rat! I called right away few companies to get idea of how much it would cost to clean my attic and few of them came to my house to give me an estimate. I am absolutely thrilled with the service Kenny provided me today to clean out our air duct. Kenny was the nicest and most professional repair person we've had from any company in the 17 years we've had this house. He was prompt and thorough. He explained to me why I had the smoke in my vents, what to do to keep it clean and how often to clean them. Fantastic! If I could give ten stars I would. Thank you, Kenny!
I called Air Duct Cleaning Pro last night and got an appointment for this morning (Wednesday). Mark and Kenny were on time, cheerful and worked very carefully. They even moved furniture around to find all the vents, which was impressive as I had forgotten we covered one.
