Company gave us a lifetime supply of bulbs for the new UV duct system. Upon calling to get a replacement, nobody picks up nor returns my call nor arrives to install the bulb nor delivers the bulb for me to install.

No Call No Show. Won’t return voicemails. Scheduled an appointment with this company to have my ducts cleaned after I purchased a *******. I took a day off work to be home for the appointment, and they didn’t even have the decency to call and tell me they would not be coming. I called to find out what the issue was, and no return call.

Extremely poor business practices: no show and won't return calls! When scheduling the appointment, no one ever answered the phone but always returned my calls within 24 hours. I spoke with Brandi to schedule the appointment and was given a two hour window and was told someone would call ahead of arriving the day of the scheduled appointment. Horrible customer service. Appt made 3-4weeka early and made it for the first appt of the day 8-10am. I called at 10:15 asking where they were. No answer. Finally at 11:30 I was as given some story that his guy got a flat tire and he had to go out there and that’s why no one answered my calls. Then I was told they would be over between 12 and 12:30. I explained I had to leave at 2. I got a call from the technician at 1:15 to say he was on his way. I said no. I need to leave at 2. My appt was between 8-10. No one ever answers... read more

The most unprofessional and rip off company. I purchased the service through Groupon who stated their rating was A. Upon arrival, their vacuum was dirty and filthy with black stain all over. IThey wanted to charge more than what I paid for. They stated the service is for homes up to 2500 SF, and since my house was 3600 SF they cant honor the rate I paid. I directed them that at nowhere on the web site during the purchase process it ever stated that, and in the mean time, just do 2500 SF area and disregard whatever the differ... read more

They were terrible! Two men came to my 1200sqft home and prior to performing the services I had scheduled and paid for in advance. They suggested I get the furnace cleaned for an additional $500.00. I am a renter, and the furnace is under warranty. It was just serviced two weeks ago. When I declined, the technician became angry and declared that I was wasting his time and unless I bought the extras he wasn't going to do the work we had already paid for. Air Duct Busters committed an act of fraud against us. The price was supposed to be $269, however, John found mold, and wanted an additional $500 to treat it. The total bill came to $815.47, and he tried to scare us into purchasing an ultra-violet unit for an additional $575. Shortly after he left, our A/C quit working. We called, left messages, e-mailed and received no response from the company. When we looked further into this company, we found that they had a horrible history of doing just that.
