Called to have my air ducts cleaned. 2 guys arrived and did an inspection. I was informed that the ducts had mold growing throughout the system and would need a UV Light installed, a treatment for the mold and would have to have the crew come back out to do the final cleaning of the ducts. I was over charged for the UV light (exact unit can be purchased on line for less than $200) and paid for the remainder services to be completed at a later date. No call, no show and are not returning phone calls! We had them clean out our ducks and put in a UV light to cut down on the mold, with a lifetime warranty on the UV light and the light went out. We called them to get the light replaced, set up an appointment and they never showed and never called. We’ve been trying to call them back for three days with no response.

I wish there was a way to put no stars because they didn't earn any at all. The owner is a smooth talker, got me but never again. Told him no on the furnace since I have a maintenance agreement with the furnace people, he still did it and charged me $99.00 Put a UV light on my furnace due to the mold from the humidifier. Said my humidity was 49 percent. Thinking later, the furnace was not on and the humidity was from the basement air, not the furnace. They cancelled an appoint due to a worker illness, and the appointment was reschedule for 2 1/2 weeks later. Then they didn't show for the rescheduled appointment. I had called the day prior to the rescheduled appointment and the day of the appointment to confirm and left messages. No response or call saying they wouldn't make it.

John & Tony cleaned the air ducts in my condo. They were on time, polite, and thorough. And didn’t make a mess. I feel their service is an excellent value. Their price was two hundred dollars less than Stanley Steemer.

Totally Fraudulent, Complete Scam! I purchased a groupon and subsequently scheduled service at 8am on Monday morning. I contacted Air Duct Busters at approximately 10:37am for an update. I took 2.5 hours off work for their 2-4pm window. They did not show up. I called several times and no answer. This company is unreliable and in my experience, unprofessional. Brandy called me late last night to see if they could come early today and if not, they’d see me tomorrow. My guess is that they didn’t show up because I didn’t take the earlier slot, but I couldn’t get out of work on such short notice. I did my end of the bargain, they failed on theirs.

This company is a total scam... Run away. Groupon had them highly rated have no idea how. I purchased a $100 Groupon to clean ducts registers and air return. They came in with to guys named John. One guy started working and the other guy starts upselling. He told me I had black mold on the humidifier filter, which is a total lie. He grabbed it with his hand and threw it in the trash.
