Do not hire Air Duct Busters (**** and ***********************) to clean your air ducts or dryer vent. I paid $2700 for a cleaning and a machine to kill the black mold in my attic where my furnace is. He forgot to clean the dryer vent and said hed send the big truck over to clean it. Four phone calls with no return calls later I still havent heard from them. Why do these idiots take advantage of old people? Im just trying to live happy. My dryer vent is full of lent so bad because its coming back in the dryer. Fkg idiots!
So I purchased a Groupon for air duct cleaning from a Columbus provider called Air Duct Busters. My original appointment with them was for this past Tuesday with an arrival time between 12 and 2. Around 1:00 that day I received a call stating they could not make it and needed to reschedule, which I did for today with an arrival time between 8 and 10. Had to get my attorney involved after the business failed to deliver and install a prepaid part in the amount of $675. I waited from August 25th until November 20th, and endured two install appointments that were no shows by the company. The final straw was the day that I left a total of 14 voicemails and none of the messages were met with a return call. Very unprofessional and fraudulent in my opinion.
Did not show up for service as planned. Missed window from 10-12 and never called to let me know the reason why they never showed up. I tried to get ahold of them as well and never heard back.
I scheduled with the company two different times to do a whole house duct cleaning. Both times they did not show up. They called the day before to confirm the visit but no show when it comes to doing the work. There seems to be no consideration for how they value the time of the customer taking time off to meet the appointment. This company is unreliable and in my experience, unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Makes promises and then doesn't fulfill them.
I had a cleaning scheduled 02/21/2020 8-10am. No show. I called at 10:15am and the lady that answered the phone said she would call me right back. I called again at 12:05pm, voicemail. I took a day off of work to get this done.
