Painless experience, from beginning to end. Made phone contact immediately with a very pleasant lady (answering machine initally picked up but my call was returned as I was about to leave a message). This delighted me to no end, as I'm still awaiting a return call from a cell phone company who told me 5 days ago they'd "call back in a second". We are very pleased with Air Done Right. They were very prompt, the employees were well groomed and professional. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything and their pricing was less than what we had paid before. Found Air Done Right in Yellowpages.com After dealing with other A/C repair companies Air Done Right was by far a superior choice. The tech and everybody in the office were friendly and easy to talk to. They did not make feel rushed to make a decision nor did they pressure me for a sale. They showed when they said they would and worked around my schedule. Good service is hard to find these day and with Air Done Right you get quality and value for their service. I will use them again and will refer to any one I know.
I called Air Done Right a few weeks ago when my unit was acting up. A buddy of mine told me they were really good and to give them a call. We were very pleased with the personal service and quick response. Our unit suddenly stopped working and we had no idea what the problem was. Air Done Right helped save us quite a bit of money compared to other quotes we has received. I felt we were getting an honest answer and not just some repair guy trying to sell us things we didn't need. They earned a customer for life.
