This is an update of the original review in 2011. Fast forward to 2018.... In spite of numerous calls, mail, and email Air Done Right did not respond to honor the 10-year labor warranty provided as part of the fully paid AC-Heating System they installed in my residence. . I reported them to the BBB, but no response from the company. They're still in business because its PO Box (virtual office) is still active and accepts mail. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS COMPANY. Is this company still in business? I purchased a complete system and have tried multiple attempts to contact them concerning warranty.
Air Done Right are true HVAC professionals. One of our heat pump systems had failed. I contacted owner Joseph and they came right out to evaluate not only the failed system but the other system. Based on their expert recommendation we decided to replace both systems with upgraded Trane 3-ton heat pump systems. They provided several different options concerning efficiency and capabilities of various systems based on our budget. I had new air conditioner and heater put in they were quick and efficient . No mess left and did some extras but no extra charge. So good. Then had them put in new duct work and vents all work was done efficiently and had blown in insulation. They helped me apply for rebates for both. So helpful soooo good
Fantastic! Not only did they install a new Trane system at a great price they did it in a professional and timely manner. When I had a follow up issue a couple of years later completely unrelated to their install work, they quickly detected, researched and solved the issue. Great troubleshooting skills! Definitely recommended!
Just like the name says, Air Done Right. I had been through several different AC companies in my 11 years at my current residence, and there was something always left undone or an issue not 100% corrected. Air Done Right came in and gave me the facts based on industry standards and best practices that the other guys would always guess at. AIR DONE RIGHT gave me the best price in SA TX for a 16 seer (i) Trane HVAC system. Along with the 10 year Mfr's warranty, this company included a two year service warranty. Joseph (owner) and Julian demonstrated expert technical workmanship and knowledge in the installation process. They informed me of all the terrific features and patiently taught me hands-on operation of my new system. these gentlemen really impressed me with the highest level of customer service as their priority.
