Ive dealt with 2 other carrier dealers in the metro. My unit has been a total pain the rear until I called Air Design. What i like about them is they dont try to pull crap to oversell you they tell you whats wrong and give you a fair price. I swore i would never own another carrier unit again. Now carrier is probably all ill ever own because air design is the only company ill use from now on.
