RecommendedAir design is definitely the way to go. The 2 times I've had to use them in the last 10 years have both been wonderful experiences. The 1st one Doug came out on the 4th of July and had me up and running in and less than an hour and today they had me up and running even faster... I called them at 7:15 this morning and I was fixed by 9:00 a.m.. Jeremy is the sweetest and most kindest person ever and Phyllis and Doug care about their customers. Our 2 yr old Carrier system stopped cooling. Air Design was recommended to me and I messaged them my situation last night. Jeremy called me first thing this morning and by noon he had found the leaks, repaired them and had us up and running again! Thank you, Jeremy, for your knowledge and your patience today!
He came quik and was helpful. Jeremy got the job done with no problem for a great reasonable price. . I would recommend him to anybody.

If you want honest, friendly and quick air conditioner service give Air Design a call! Called them at 4:00 they were out within an hour. Instead of trying to push us into buying a new unit, he simply cleaned it. (Yes, a simple fix that we could done ourselves but we didn’t know that was what was wrong as we have had many issues with it.) We budgeted $800 for repairs... he saved us $700. Air design helped us out yesterday morning with an a/c issue! I was convinced we would be without a/c all day, but they were available earlier than expected. The service was top notch. I am so thankful for my cool house. I highly recommend Air Design. We will be calling them again any time we have an issue.
I highly recommend Air Design! They were quick, professional, and answered all of my questions. They were able to install a new unit and get my house cooled again within no time!
Air Design is my go to for HVAC, Jeremy was prompt, courteous, and willing to let me watch over his shoulder, good job.
