They suck. They charged me for one thing but then came back and said it was something else. They kept saying heat pump but I later found out it was a air handler. I had already paid $548 for a compressor. They never would return my call. After they installed compressor they disconnected my thermostat. They wanted to charge me extra to reconnect it. I said no thank you and took my business else where.
Do you have a phone number that someone will answer? This is the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks that my air conditioner has broken. And each time it has been very difficult to get ahold of you. Today it took my husband 4-5 times of calling before he finally got through. Each attempt came with long periods of being on hold. Sometimes up to an half-hour.
