DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Run in the opposite direction. As mentioned by numerous other reviewers, you will spend 20+ minutes waiting for someone to answer your call (and I have tried close to a dozen times over the last 3 weeks), and then when they do take your call, the representatives are always rushed and trying to get you off the phone with as little information as possible. They were supposed to be at my home between 1-5pm today they never called they never showed up. They were here less tha month ago to fix my AC and it's already back not working. My unit is less than a year old. I urge anyone to never use this company they will waste your time.
the worst, when I say worst they send a tech out to do work on my niece unit. he just taped up some stuff that could have cause a fire and my niece and baby there life.
-100 !!!BEWARE!!! They were sent out by my home warranty the inexperience tech but my hot water heater motor on backwards , taped wires together and yanked cords that cause shortages. So not only did he not fix my issue he cause more plus created fire hazards in my home endangering me and my family
Absolutely the WORST. The HSA warranty company used them and they tried to extort $3,200 out of me when selling my home! THREE different companies refuted their findings and ultimately we closed with one unit needing a pound of freon...$125.00. They are either incompetent or dishonest, neither is good!
This is the worst company for A/C and heating. My home warranty uses this company as one of their contractors unfortunately. They sent a contractor out and he said we needed a new coil for our A/C. The guy left without saying so much as bye! He did not inform me when he would be able to fix it, whether or not we needed to schedule a time for him to come back, nothing! I'm still on hold for more than one hour and 42 minutes. If you cannot help don't take the service call from the warranty company. I will never use your service again. To be honest I don't think the job was done right in April when you came out then.
Called American Home Shield for service to my HVAC. Air Design was scheduled from 1-5pm. No Call. No Show. I work with contractors every single day. If they don't have enough professional courtesy to call you DON'T want them working on your home. Terrible service and shame on American Homeshield for listing them as a preferred vendor.
Air Design sucks, this is after the third attempt to get my air fixed. Once they showed up w/ no key to check the freon, they were supposed to come back for the repair w/ a 30 min call ahead and nothing! After 46:07 calling b/w air design and 2-10 warranty company, my appt was set. I received a call w/ 9 mins left in my time slot to say the guy was 15-20 mins out and nothing. No one came, my house is 92 degrees. I'm not sure who finds that acceptable but I do not. It needs to be rectified like yesterday.
