If you want prompt service, call someone else. I called them on Monday. I got a Tuesday appt at 12 noon, they canceled it and told me they would call be back with new time later that day. On wednesday, when I still had not heard from them, I called them at 1pm. They said they would be there in 30minutes. At 5pm I called them, when I told them who was calling, they hung up on me. I canceled a doctors appt for nothing.
