Bad company, horrible customer service. Our office has a unit in the ceiling. NO ONE other than Air Cool has serviced it. Suddenly, it has a cracked internal drain pan. The only way that happens is someone stressing the drain line attached. Air Cool takes no responsibility and the customer no-service person gets upset that I am questioning them. I would avoid them.
I had an issue which was addressed by Air Cool in a prompt and courteous way. Thank you!
After years of being a loyal customer, the tech comes 45 minutes early, I am not home but am 15 minutes out, he has the office staff tell me to reschedule and leaves. I have been waiting for three weeks for a call from Air Cool, but nothing. I know Bruce and Ginny would never have let something like this happen. Sad
This is an excellent company. I have now dealt with them for two years. Prompt, efficient, easy to deal with and very conscientious. I highly recommend!
