I’ve used ACWA twice now, 20 years apart, and their services and installation are still outstanding. The guys who came this week were super professional, knew what they were doing, very courteous and did an excellent job. Very happy with the installation.
This company promises the world and is quite expensive compared to other companies . The air conditioning unit eventually installed is not what was ordered and it took 5 months to instal . The installation is still incomplete and parts are missing . When followed up the Manager sent aggressive emails blaming the customer for the delays and demanding full payment .
