So very kind to come out on the Fourth of July to check on our AC which had not been working all day. The AC started up right when he got here and he looked at it anyway and told us it probably just overheated. Very kind and didn't even charge us for coming out on a holiday.

Got a quote in March of 2023 for a new furnace and air conditioning package.. Ordered it the same week and they would get ahold of me when they were ready to install.. Fast forward to late summer/early fall and never heard anything.. Called multiple times and always got the same response "The owner will call you back tomorrow" November still didn't hear anything and no one would return my calls so I stopped in to talk to someone and always got the runaround that he would call me..
