The lady that answered my call and helped get a part for the furnace was such a sweetheart!! She went above and beyond to help out
We had a problem with the heat exchanger in our furnace which was still under warranty. The rest of the furnace was shot, which was discovered during the service call. AC&R thoroughly explained the issue and treated us right on a new furnace. They did a quality job at a fair price and I would highly recommend their company.
Our old furnace broke. They were available same day, found the part we needed, and had it fixed quickly. Technician was helpful and friendly. Great experience.
So very kind to come out on the Fourth of July to check on our AC which had not been working all day. The AC started up right when he got here and he looked at it anyway and told us it probably just overheated. Very kind and didn't even charge us for coming out on a holiday.
Same day service and my tech Ryan was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for all you do!
