Made a service call and got a technician to arrive in 3 hours. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Technician was great and happy to explain his work. I have used this service in the past and will continue to in the future.
Heat stopped working during frigid temperatures. They were the only company available to come out. Brendon did amazing work, was very informative. The entire process was smooth and our heat was restored. I forgot to add, reasonable priced. Thank you all.
The lady that answered my call and helped get a part for the furnace was such a sweetheart!! She went above and beyond to help out
We had a problem with the heat exchanger in our furnace which was still under warranty. The rest of the furnace was shot, which was discovered during the service call. AC&R thoroughly explained the issue and treated us right on a new furnace. They did a quality job at a fair price and I would highly recommend their company.
Our old furnace broke. They were available same day, found the part we needed, and had it fixed quickly. Technician was helpful and friendly. Great experience.
