I have been using Air Conditioning and Heating Specialty for several years. They came recommended from a personal friend after one of the big nationwide companies tried to tell me I needed a new system and wanted over 10K to put it in. Air Conditioning and Heating Specialty came over and correctly told me "no" I did not need a new system at that time. Remy came to my fiancé condo to do the 6 mo. check up on her HVAC unit. We mentioned to him the slow freon leak that noone had been able to find. He found the leak at a solder joint near the compressor in minutes! Quickly repaired it and added freon as needed. He thoroughly cleaned and checked out the components of the compressor and then came inside to thoroughly check the air handler and clean the condensation drain line. LOVE the customer service with this company! After they did a full install of units and duct work in 2017 I've been fortunate to not need to call them. Today, at 3:30 on a Saturday, and the hottest day of July, they had someone here in minutes! Owen could not have been more knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Despite emerging from my crawl space covered in mud, he had a smile. Time to head over to Facebook for another review! Thank you Owen!
