LOVE the customer service with this company! After they did a full install of units and duct work in 2017 I've been fortunate to not need to call them. Today, at 3:30 on a Saturday, and the hottest day of July, they had someone here in minutes! Owen could not have been more knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Despite emerging from my crawl space covered in mud, he had a smile. Time to head over to Facebook for another review! Thank you Owen!

Remy came quickly after a Sunday morning call with no AC. He found the problem quickly and we had cool air again. He was polite and conscientious. Highly recommend.

Jeff Urban and his team are absolutely amazing—true superheroes! I called Jeff at 4 a.m. after another company left me hanging all night, repeatedly telling me someone was on the way—but no one ever showed. When I spoke with Jeff, he promised to have someone at my door by 8 a.m., and sure enough, at exactly 8 a.m., there was a knock. We found out our indoor and outdoor units were completely shot and needed to be replaced—on the 4th of July, no less. Remy came today to do my six month check on my unit. The unit is good, but he found fungus around the cabinet and wires. he suggested a cleaning and installation of a UV light. it should save me a lot of money in the future. For his age he was very efficient and professional. I will be requesting Remy in six months.
