I was out of town for an extended period of time and had relatives house sitting. The AC went out. I made one call to Paul and a crew was sent out immediately to solve the problem! And the charges were very reasonable!! Air Conditioning and Heating Specialty are the best!

We were in need of replacing our HVAC. We were referred to AC Heating Specialist of Surfside. We called and they were responsive. They provided a reasonable quote and were out to install within 3 days. David and the entire team were professional and eager to ensure our satisfaction. They were in and out is an acceptable time period in light of the work which needed to be completed. A highly recommend if you are in need of HVAC services.

My husband and I went without heat over the weekend. We called these guys first thing on Monday morning, they were here by 9am. Diagnosed our 23yr old system as DOA. They were here the next morning to install complete new system. From the minute they arrived, they were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. We would recommend them to everyone! Great job guys! Thank you!
