I would recommend ACS to all of my family and friends. Brian was honest and listened to my concerns from the start. He gave me options to check out before he scheduled my appt. He scheduled my appt. for the following day. Jeff was professional and knowledgeable. He had the problem diagnosed in no time, however, Lennox, the manufacturer was closed for the holiday weekend, but Brian & Jeff promised to contact me re: information related to my warranty when Lennox opened. ACS was the company I used when my system needed replaced in 2017. They were quick in getting the job done when temperatures were in the upper 90's when my old system went out. Called several other companies back then, but ACS had the best offer in replacing my system. I highly recommend this company for your AC and heating needs.

Will absolutely use this company for all of our AC needs. They were very prompt, coming out to the home the day we called on a 90 degree Texas day when our AC was out. Tim was very professional and honest. He helped me understand what he was doing and why. Highly recommend!

I love Air Comfort Solutions! Great, prompt service and extremely knowledgeable! ***** was great on the phone, everything out at the house went as he stated, and the price was very reasonable. *** was our technician at the house and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He had us cooling in no time and even had to come back when he shouldn't have had to, because of something stupid on my end that he fixed in 5 minutes. Great guy and really knows his stuff. I have been a customer with them for over 4 years. They have handled all my issues with total honesty, professionalism and fair prices. I will be coming back to them when I have to upgrade both my units soon. I called them at 6:30am on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend 2017, they were here by 11am, found the motor for a 15 year old AC unit and had it installed by 1pm in time for my family BBQ. Enough said! :)

Absolutely the BEST customer service I've received In quite awhile. Tim was our tech and he was professional and honest- I completely and immediately felt he was genuine and did NOT have a sales pitch- I very much appreciated that. He has followed up appropriately and even checked out an issue unrelated to the work his installers ( Robert and George- class acts!!) had performed.
