What does it take to get a simple phone call from the HVAC manager or a manager of any kind. I have made two request, and the admin states how busy they are. Really!!! I am busy too, and in the guest service industry. That is a cop out for not wanting to listen to a complaint. If this were not an issue, I would never have mentioned it. Called them out to check out A/C the tech diagnosed the issue as refrigerant leak, not once did he offer locate the leak and repair. He wanted to pressure us into installing a whole new unit for God knows how much. I agreed to have him charge the refrigerant system and see if it leaked out again. Three days later the system wasn't cooling again so after throwing $800 down the tube we still had the same issue.
