An employee of the Air Alliance Team caused around $13,000 of damages to our home and we are still waiting for resolution. Our HVAC unit was installed incorrectly leading to water all over our lower level. After over a month of very slow back and forth Rick, from Air Alliance Team, told us to remove the flooring and clear out the whole area.
