I went in tonight because I was having some irritation with one of my cartilage piercings that was caused by a cheap earring. I have never gotten any work or piercings done before at this store, but when I do I will be sure to come here. Everyone was respectful and nice. I asked Jay if he could remove the earring, because due to heavy swelling in my ear I couldn't get it out. He was able to remove the earring with no problem and helped me find a new one that wouldn't cause this problem again. He put the earring in for me and... read more
