One of the MAs on the phone scared me for a couple days. I was so anxious about possibly getting the needle, when talking to the doctor in person it seems like it’s very rare that they aspirate. I had called before the appt. and talked to 3 different people and got different stories about what to expect in the appointment and I would love if their stories had matched and I had a clear picture of what was forthcoming. Dr. Perreia's expertise is beyond exceptional. Her impressive experience and skill became very apparent after the first consult. As an added bonus, she is such a good and compassionate person. My family could easily trust her with our mother's care and feel confident every step of the way before and after surgery. For what it is worth, she received my mother's stamp of approval and easily earned her trust, which is very rare coming from my mother. Thank you so much, Dr. Perreia!
Dr. Perreira was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand your injuries and walks you through the process of recovery and healing.
Both the attending and resident were attentive, kind and helpful. Took the time to explain symptoms and treatment options. They and front office staff were patient with my poor hearing. Very pleased with the treatment outcome. Thumbs are the least oainful they've been in years!!!
