This company charges excessive fees and increases rent astronomically. Don't waste your time and money by moving into any of their buildings. At the left bank, they conducted endless noisy construction, and the elevators broke down frequently. They spent a year redesigning the roof-top for barely noticeable changes. Be prepared to add $200-250 to your rent to pay for all the building utilities. Avoid this company at all costs.
