Beware, they retain your deposit!!!!!! – I rent with them for more than two year. Everything was fine the first year because the house was new when I rent it. One day, we breaks a gas line of the stove when we clean it. We called them and notified about the accident. They send a speciality to check the stove. Then We wait for couple month without any respond. I'm frustrate and fixed it myself. Then I decide to move out. Can't ask for more, totally helpful, clear and he has made this less scary. I feel like dealing with a friend that I can trust. Always open to answer my questions and I can tell he's looking out for me.
