Aim Properties was management at my apartment complex for approx. five months and in that time the complex went from a pretty nice place to live to utter chaos. They only rented one apartment in that time and didn't even fix the apartment before it was rented. Due to their negligence several apartments that would otherwise have required minimal work are now full workloads. I wish I could leave less than one star these guys are crooks and being in the air force I know alot of people who are looking to rent. That being said I will go out of my way to make sure none of them get bent over by these criminals. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY AIM PROPERTIES
Horrible experience. They gave me 5 wrong lock box codes. When I finally made it in the I found nails coming up from the carpet, uncovered and disconnected gas, bathroom mirror not hanging and wedged behind sink so you run your knuckles to turn on water, filthy stained floors, a hole in the wall with bugs coming in, filthy furnace, broken bathtub, kitchen covered in ants, broken shelf drawers. WORST company I have ever dealt with. They lie about repairs and cleaning, violate laws about timely repair, and intimidate you with eviction notices until you pay their outrageous and illegal fees. My lawyer, examined their court records-- they consistently lose cases and are unprofessional. They pay people to write good online reviews... says so on their website. Stay away.
Never rent from this company. i repeat never. i would rather be homeless than deal with these sorry excuses for people. They are liars and will try and get every nickel and dime out of you when you move out. If you read a great review about them dont believe it. The company actually offered to pay use fifty dollars to write a good review for them. So with that being said be extremely wary of these con artists.
I have been with this company for a year and that was way to long. When AIM took over the place turned around for the worst. The people in the office are very rude, disrespectful and not helpful at all. The website is not customer friendly. If I was homeless I would not rent from them again.
This company has very poor communication and an unexcusable disregard for tenant rights. Their neglence has cost myself several hundred dollars at the very least. I will NEVER rent from this organization again. Be weary.
