Do not rent with this company. We rented a house and was told move in would be June 5, 2017. Get there to sign the lease and was told they havent even started preparing the house yet and movein would be June 7, 2017. Get there June 7, 2017 and was told everything is done and the house is ready. Get our Uhaul and go to the house and it is completely a disaster. I was looking for a house ASAP and Victor helped me with options and I got approved within 24 hours. They are professional and very kind. I definitely recommend them.
My husband and I have worked with Aim to have our property rented and it has been so frustrating working with MaryAnn. She is very slow at responding if she even does respond. We were supposed to have a showing of our home and she never let us know at what time. We waited for her because she doesn't have a key and well it was a waste of time. She was a no call no show.
This is the most negligent and unresponsive rental company I have ever dealt with. We were promised that the house would be cleaned and touched up before we moved in. The day before the movers arrived, our property manager (Mary Ann Cortina) informed me that the paint was dried up, so there wouldn’t be any work done to fill the holes in the wall. I'm soooooo excited with the house Ms. Cortina helped me find!!! I told her exactly what I was looking for and she matched it to a T! Super friendly and great customer service. I would highly recommend AIM properties to those looking to rent out their home and looking to be in a new home. Aim Properties was management at my apartment complex for approx. five months and in that time the complex went from a pretty nice place to live to utter chaos. They only rented one apartment in that time and didn't even fix the apartment before it was rented. Due to their negligence several apartments that would otherwise have required minimal work are now full workloads. I wish I could leave less than one star these guys are crooks and being in the air force I know alot of people who are looking to rent. That being said I will go out of my way to make sure none of them get bent over by these criminals. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY AIM PROPERTIES
Horrible experience. They gave me 5 wrong lock box codes. When I finally made it in the I found nails coming up from the carpet, uncovered and disconnected gas, bathroom mirror not hanging and wedged behind sink so you run your knuckles to turn on water, filthy stained floors, a hole in the wall with bugs coming in, filthy furnace, broken bathtub, kitchen covered in ants, broken shelf drawers.
