The Folks at Aim Hearing and Audiology are truly professional. They know what they are doing and also they do it in a very professional dignified way. I was impressed the first minute I met Shannon. Only challenge was quickly changing my bluetooth with incoming call. That is now easily resolved so I am good to go with my i phone assisting my new hearing aids. Cell phones much easier for me than before esp in the car when traveling as a passenger and road traffic distracts. These guys are the best!
Great experience. Chelsea was very good with testing. Dr. Shannon was wonderful! She is kind, experienced, knowledgable, patient, and seems to have sincere desire to help with hearing by explaining in detail pros, cons, what is most important to look for and then proving with actual demonstration - while stressing importance of clinical service and proper selection with proper fitting. Could not have asked for better service. I have already recommended 2-3 people who plan to go there!!!
I will definitely recommend Aim Hearing to my friends that need help with their hearing. Dr. Shannon was very personable as well very knowledgeable. She took time to explain my test results in a very understandable way. I could tell she is passionate about her profession.

On a reliable recommendation I went in expecting things to be similar to the testing I had done at Costco. Not so. Extremely thorough. Very kind, helpful and easy to deal with. Not in business just to sell me amplification devices but an actual desire to find the root of my hearing issues. Loved the personal service and attention to detail. They even made an appointment for me with an ENT specific to my needs. Will definitely go back!
