All staff were professional and knowledgeable. They took time to talk to us and calm our fears. They were very knowledgeable and helped us understand all the options.
Professional service with a relaxed, comfortable environment. Thorough explanation during exam and excellent explanation of results following exam. Appointment was easy to set up and their location is easy to find.
The visit was like sitting down and talking to friends. I was allowed to ask questions and my husband was also included in the visit. The therapy dogs are great. Big pets. Made the visit even more like I was at home sitting in the den talking to friends, that just happened to be audiologist.
I was very impressed with my entire experience. The office staff in extremely helpful and friendly. My visit with the doctor and the technician were thorough and professional. I highly recommend Aim Hearing.
Their service is the very best, their honesty and commitment, the time they take with each patient, tjey care so much, i would reccomend them to my family and friends.
