Started seeing him after my daughter passed away around Christmas. 6 months and it’s a struggle to contact him. Currently there in no answering service or machine for after hours and I’m out of Rx. I am a new patient of dr Mathews and struggle bad with severe depression and panic attacks the first visit via zoom the dr prescribed me a new medication I told him my pharmacy and the address of the pharmacy and days went by and they never recieved my prescription so I started calling the doctors office and goes to voicemail every time. I am so disappointed with this office. They never answer their phone or return phone calls. Every month I have to fight to get refills. I have tried to get a hold of someone for 3 days now.
