Worst place you can buy from plain and simple,been waiting 6 months for my title to home, nothing but liars all of them , mainly the owner Scott, used ileagal help and no qualified contractor
Me & my husband purchased our home in August of 2020. Repair man has came back twice. Still waiting on parts ordered and nothing! They suck at customer service & land clearing! They got 5000 extra out of me for our driveway we’ve already had to get fixed 3 times already!
Very clean facility and genuine people! Lots of inventory to see as well! Looking forward to working with these people!
Let me say 1st the staff is friendly per my husband, however we bought our home after a week of living in the home the molding around the windows an Walls have started falling off, the paint is coming off the walls an the hvac does not work as it should. We have siding that still has not been repaired as well as roof shingles. We are constantly getting the run around. We have contacted Aiken housing more then several times an we still have not received the paint an molding we were told was ordered, the people for the siding ... read more
Purchased a modular home in September 2014,I had a roof leak on a supposedly new house.Aiken Housing said I was responsible.I now have Black mold in my guest bathroom ceiling,cracks in the walls,as well as molding pulling away from the walls.I called them.... and of course they’re not calling back.I’m on disability...I thought this New house would have lasted longer.I paid 165,000.00 dollars for a new house..Not a Fixer-upper....Time To start weighing my options.
