It has been a pleasure working with duncan at aiken housing he has made everything so hasstle free even joked and cut uo with me and my kids anytime i called he answered making every thung even better ihe tolarates my kids lol and any crazy silky questions i had he has made everythimh a breeze would be glad to again duncans your guy! We’ve been working with Duncan to find a home that suits our big family, and he helped us find just that! We chose a land/home package! They have a lot of great options for land. Duncan made sure our home had everything we wanted in it, the loan process was smooth, and the construction process was speedy. Ashley was our salesperson, and she was wonderful; she was very helpful, she always responded back promptly when we had a question, and she seemed to truly care about her customers.
