This school is definitely top notch! It features an amazing staff that's super friendly, a clean dojo, and is available to all shapes and sizes and skill levels. You won't find a better environment to train than this! I'm proud to call this my school! OOS!!
Signed the boys (5 and 6 years old) up to keep them active, teach them skills, focus and self discipline. It was a great decision and while they have been involved for only 3 months both my wife and I have seen great progress. I was so impressed I have joined as well. All the instructors show amazing patience, and the student instructors/helpers are role models for the boys. Family oriented, where all t he students help each other learn. I have been studying under the Knights for quite a while now and I couldn't be prouder to be a student of theirs. I hope to continue my studies with them for as long as they will have me. Until the last day. Oos.

It is clear why my five children love going to Kenpo each week. Outstanding facility, outstanding instructors and outstanding dedication from the Knights! Classes are extremely professional and everyone learns at their own pace. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to study Martial Arts or improve their fitness level.
